To change your password, enter your current and new passwords,
confirm your new password, and then click 'Submit'.
Password Rules:
- Passwords must be a minimum of twelve (12) characters in length.
- Passwords must contain three out of the following four categories:
- Uppercase alpha characters (A, B, C . . .)
- Lowercase alpha characters (a, b, c . . .)
- Numeric characters (1,2,3 . . .)
- Non-alphanumeric special characters (@, #, $ . . .)
- Passwords are case sensitive.
- Passwords cannot be the same as any of the twelve (12) previously used passwords.
Due to the sensitive nature of the information available via the enhanced
New Mexico Medicaid web portal, a secure password format is required.
